Personalised School Readiness Sessions
These terms apply when you book Personalised School Readiness Sessions with The School Readiness Studio, run by Danielle Jones. By booking, you agree to these terms.
What's included
- A 30-minute tailoring call
- Four 45-minute in-home sessions
- A comprehensive written report
Sessions are designed for children in the 12 months leading up to Prep (usually around 4 to 5 years old), for families across the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Payment
You can pay $567 upfront, or choose the payment plan of 4 weekly payments of $162.50 (total $650). Payment plan instalments are charged automatically. If a payment fails, we'll let you know, and sessions may be paused until your account is up to date.
Scheduling
Session dates and times are arranged directly with Danielle after your discovery call.
During sessions
A parent or carer needs to be home for each session. You don't need to sit in the whole time, but you're always welcome to join in. Danielle holds a current Queensland Blue Card.
Rescheduling
- Life with little ones happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 24 hours before your session.
- If your child is unwell, please let us know as soon as you can and we'll reschedule at no cost. We'd always rather your child rests at home.
- If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice (for reasons other than illness), we'll offer one courtesy reschedule. After that, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited.
- If Danielle needs to reschedule, we'll offer you a new time as soon as possible.
Cancellations and refunds
If you change your mind:
- Before your tailoring call: full refund
- After your tailoring call, but before your first session: refund of the amount paid, minus $100 to cover planning time
- Once sessions have started: no refund for change of mind, but you can pause and resume your remaining sessions within 3 months. For payment plans, any remaining instalments are still payable.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service isn't delivered as promised, please get in touch and we'll make it right.
Your written report
You'll receive your child's written report within 10 business days of your final session. The report is an educational resource based on our sessions together. It isn't a diagnostic assessment and doesn't replace advice from medical or allied health professionals.
