The School Readiness Studio ("we", "us", "our") is run by Danielle Jones on the Gold Coast, Queensland. We respect your privacy and your child's privacy, and we're committed to looking after your personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What information we collect
When you visit our website, download our checklist or book a call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and your preferred call type.
When you purchase sessions, we collect your name, email, address, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
During our 1:1 sessions, with your consent, we collect information about your child to tailor their sessions and prepare their report. This may include your child's name, age, kindy details, strengths, your concerns, and information about their development (including language and communication, social, emotional, physical, self-care and cognitive development). It may also include diagnoses or reports from other professionals, which is considered sensitive information. We only collect this with your consent, and only what we need.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to enquiries and manage bookings
- Deliver your child's sessions and written report
- Process payments
- Send you the resources you've requested, and occasional emails with tips and updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve our website and services
Who we share it with
Your child's information and report are shared only with you. You're welcome to pass the report on to anyone you choose, such as your child's kindy, school or therapist.
We never sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Kajabi (website, emails and payments) and Google Workspace (email, calendar and secure file storage). These providers may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
Cookies and advertising
Our website may use cookies and similar tools (such as Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
How we keep your information safe
Your information is stored securely in password-protected accounts with two-step verification. Information about your child is kept for 12 months after your final session (so you can request another copy of the report if needed), and is then securely deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time. Financial records are kept as required by Australian tax law.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child at any time by contacting us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
